We offer onsite and remote installation options, depending on your needs. We also offer ancillary services and training designed to rapidly increase your comfort level with mCLASS technology.

Your Wireless Generation account manager will walk your team step-by-step through the implementation process, focusing on:

  • Scheduling and planning your installation and training sessions
  • Submitting school, staff, and student data securely to the mCLASS Web site
  • Ordering student administration kits for your solutions
  • Accessing ongoing support as needed


Remote Installation

The following support services can be delivered via telephone by one of our experienced Wireless Generation technicians:

  • Walking your school technician or representative through how to setup your handhelds and Sync Stations
  • Confirming that handhelds and Sync Stations are operational
  • Troubleshooting installation as necessary
  • Answering questions about the installation process


On-Site School Installation

Two options are available. The Standard Package provides a few central Sync Stations, one computer lab, and 20 handheld devices, and the Enhanced Package provides a Sync Station for every teacher, as well as over 20 handheld devices and a larger lab.

Technical Training

This training session for school and district technical staff covers the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mCLASS software. It is designed to ensure that school and district staff members are fully equipped to complete the installation of mCLASS software and to support teachers in the future.

Technical training is available with or without on-site installation.
